根据《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》和《关于做好2025年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》（留金来管〔2025〕11号）有关要求，结合我校国际学生实际情况，我校现开展2025年国际学生中国政府奖学金年度评审，现将年度评审有关事宜通知如下：
According to relevant notice and regulations from CSC and the University, our university is now conducting the 2025 CSC annual review.The relevant information of the annual review is hereby notified as follows:
一、评审对象 Review Object
1.按计划2025年9月后拟继续在我校学习的中国政府奖学金生（包含本科生和研究生）；
International Students who will continue their study in FMU as scheduled since September 2025 (including undergraduates and postgraduates);
2.无法按原计划2025年7月毕业，拟申请延期且符合延期要求的博士研究生；
International Students who should graduate in July 2025 as planned, but will plan to apply for study extension and meet the extension requirements (only for doctoral students);
二、评审内容 Review Content
1.评审内容由道德品行（30分）、学习成绩（30分）、学习/科研态度（20分）和活动表现（20分）四个部分组成，总分为100分；
This annual review work will be conducted based on the Ideological Moral Behavior (30 points), Academic Performance (30 points) and Learning/Scientific research Attitude (20 points) and Activity Performance (20 points), with the total points of 100;
2.评审意见分为“合格”和“不合格”。评分为60分及以上者为合格，评分为60分以下的为不合格。不合格的奖学金生，国家留学基金委将中止其奖学金或取消其奖学金。
The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified for Chinese government scholarships, the State Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel their scholarships.
三、评审要求
1. 请参评学生于2025年5月10日下午17:30前（北京时间）通过CSC号登录信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login），填写并提交奖学金年度自评。进入“奖学金年度自评”前，须首先填写“中国政府奖学金院校评估问卷”。具体操作指南参考《中国政府奖学金年度评审指南-学生版》（详见附件）
Log in to the CSC Information System (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login), fill in the scholarship annual review form and submit it before 5:30 pm on May 10, 2025 (Beijing time). Before the self-assessment, the scholarship students should fill out the Chinese Government Scholarship Evaluation Questionnaire first. For the specific operation guide, please refer to CSC Annual Review Guide - Student Version (Attachment).
2. 中文授课学生请用中文填写，英文授课学生可用英文填写。所有奖学金生应对自己在本学年的遵规守纪、学习情况、参加活动情况简要总结，每项内容不少于50字。如有获奖证书可通过添加附件方式进行上传。
Chinese-taught students must fill in Chinese, and English-taught students can fill in English. All the students should conscientiously summarize the individual's compliance, study and participation in activities briefly. Each content should be no less than 50 words. If there is an award certificate, you can upload it by adding an attachment.
3. 请各位同学务必高度重视，并按时完成本次奖学金年度评审。无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。
Please take this CSC annual review seriously and complete it on time.Those who do not participate in the CSC annual review will be canceled the scholarship qualification.
4. 评审未通过的学生将不能享受下一年度的奖学金，且无法继续延期奖学金。
Students who are unable to pass the review will not be eligible to get the next year's scholarship and the scholarship can't be extended.
