一、冒充使领馆/公检法诈骗
常见手法：骗子伪装成中国警方、国际刑警或学生生源国的使领馆工作人员，通过电话或短信称学生涉嫌“非法居留”、“洗钱”或“签证问题”，要求配合调查并支付“保证金”或“保释金”。部分案例中，骗子会威胁学生拍摄被“绑架”的视频，以此向学生家属勒索赎金。
防范要点：
1.牢记原则：中国公检法机关和使领馆不会通过电话/网络索要钱财。
2.立即核实：挂断电话后，直接联系本国驻华使领馆或告知学校老师核实确认。
3.拒绝威胁：若对方要求“保密”或威胁“逮捕”，请立即报警（拨打110）或联系老师！
二、私下换汇诈骗
常见手法：通过社交媒体发布“优惠汇率”广告，诱导学生脱离银行或正规平台进行私下交易。骗子发送伪造的转账截图，骗取现金后消失。
如何防范：
1.合法换汇：仅通过银行、正规货币兑换点操作。
2.拒绝诱惑：任何“超低汇率”“即时到账”均为诈骗陷阱！
3.保留证据：若已转账，立即保存聊天记录并报警。
三、虚假租房/学费代缴诈骗
常见手法：租房诈骗：在网站发布虚假房源，收取“定金”后失联，或伪造合同骗取押金。
学费诈骗：冒充学校工作人员，以“代缴学费享折扣”诱导转账至私人账户。
如何防范：
1.官方渠道优先：学费缴纳务必使用学校官网或财务处指定方式，租房通过正规中介。
2.警惕“折扣”：学校不会通过私人账户收取学费！
四、物流/客服诈骗
常见手法：谎称学生包裹“含有违禁品”或“签证材料异常”，要求支付“清关费”或“手续费”。然后发送钓鱼链接，诱导填写银行卡信息或验证码。
如何防范：
1.自主查询：物流问题通过快递公司官网核实。
2.保护隐私：绝不向陌生人提供银行卡密码、验证码！
3.拒绝扫码：陌生链接或二维码可能是木马程序！
五、网络交友诱导诈骗
常见手法：
情感骗局：伪装成异性建立感情，诱导投资虚假理财项目或直播刷礼物。
色情勒索：以“约会”为名诱导安装木马软件，窃取通讯录后以不雅照片/视频威胁转账。
如何防范：

They may claim you’re involved in illegal residency, money laundering, or visa issues, demanding deposits or bail money. In extreme cases, they may coerce students into filming fake kidnapping videos to extort ransom from families.

Key Principle: Chinese public security authorities will never request money via phone/online.
Verify Immediately: Hang up and contact your embassy or school staff directly for confirmation.

2. Illegal Currency Exchange Scams
