关于举办海外教育学院“院领导接待日”活动的通知

亲爱的同学们:  

    为了更好地了解你们在校期间的学习生活情况,倾听留学生们的声音,切实为留学生办实事解难题,本学期我院将定期举行“院领导接待日”活动,首次活动将于下周举行,具体活动流程如下:  

    1. 有意参与本次活动的学生,请在5月20日前,填写院领导接待日预约登记表并发送至院学工办邮箱(oecxgb@fjmu.edu.cn)进行预约。  

    2. 学院根据预约登记情况安排学生与学院领导面谈。  

    3. 每名学生接待时长约30-60分钟,学生必须在活动开始前30分钟抵达学院,具体活动时间地点待后续通知。

Notice on the Launch of the OEC Dean's Reception Day Event 

 

Dear Students,  

    To better understand your academic and campus life experiences, listen to the voices and concerns of our international students, and address challenges you may encounter, OEC will regularly hold the Dean's Reception Day in this semester. The first session will take place next week, with details as follows:  

    1. Students interested in participating must complete the Dean's Reception Day Appointment Registration Form and email it to the Student Affairs Office (oecxgb@fjmu.edu.cn) before May 20 to secure a spot.

    2. Based on registration submissions, OEC will schedule individual meetings between students and the Dean/College leadership.  

    3. Each session will last approximately 30–60 minutes. Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Specific time slots and locations will be updated via follow-up notification.
